I started out listening to the Denial Twist (it links to the bizarre video for the song) by the White Stripes. I actually put it on repeat. I listened and tried to think of what imagery I could apply to it. Then I searched for images to back up what I saw and came across these lips and this image. I used both to draw from and then drew girl reminiscent of Meg White, the drummer of the White Stripes.
