Dear Amtrak,
What the fuck. The “blizzard” in NYC ended almost 20 hours ago. The train I need is half an hour away in Albany, where it’s been for the last 90 minutes. It was, however, supposed to have reached me three hours ago. Albany got stupid little amounts of snow. I fail to see a problem. Get your shit together and get me back to Cleveland.
