I was just a little shocked when I saw this yesterday. It’s hard to see from this angle but what this is is a shopping cart out on someone’s balcony. Now I’m pretty much against stealing shopping carts, I’m ok with homeless people stealing them, but everyone else, well you have a place to put your crap, you don’t need a shopping cart. But to take one, bring it in your building, up an elevator and then put it out on the balcony of your second floor apartment is just astonishing.
i’m glad you made the distinction for homeless. When the day comes when we are bums in texas with a baseball bat and a golf club, we will need shopping carts.
I still dream of that day. It’ll come when we are older and our kids (well your kids, who knows if I’ll have kids at this point) forsake us. Till then I keep practicing my swing with a golf club so I will be able to defend our stuff while still old and decrepit.
